How can I place my order?
We’ve detailed every step to make your purchasing experience easier:
- Click on the image of the product you wish to have. This will take you to the product page.
- Select the Color, Size, or any other option required.
- Choose your desired quantity
- Click ’ADD TO CART’ button to proceed to checkout.
- Review your order and click ‘CHECKOUT’ to move forward.
- Then enter your information, shipping details and the payment information associated with your payment method, then click on ‘COMPLETE PURCHASE’.
- We’ll prepare your order and let you know it’s on its way!
What payment options do you accept?
We offer Secure Checkout so you can choose any of the following payment methods that works best for you: Paypal, Credit card or Debit card (VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, JCB and Discover Network).
What is the type of currency on your store?/h5>
Every transaction is based in US Dollars. If your credit/debit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
I have a discount! How do I use my coupon code?
If you have a Tempthing coupon code, you can add it in the Checkout page where it says ‘Coupon’, then click on ‘Apply Coupon’.
Wait a second, how secure is my personal information?
Extremely secure! Tempthing adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology) and PCI compliant Level 1, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.

I just bought something, how do I know if my order went through?
Soon after you placed your order, you will receive an email with your receipt. In this mail you’ll get a unique Order ID (eg. #12345) with your details and the list of item(s) you ordered.
I can’t see my order confirmation, what should I do?
All our order confirmations are automatically sent to the email address you provided when placing your order, yet sometimes these emails are caught in SPAM or JUNK folders, so it might be hiding in there.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
I changed my mind, how do I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, write us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your Order ID number.
We process orders in 24 hours or less after you placed your order (we’re fast!), so after that we cannot change or cancel your order.
I saw something else I want, can I add it to my order?
Since we don’t store payment details for security purposes, it’s necessary to place another order. However, if you need any assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
