RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your returns policy?
We understand if you didn’t fall in love with our product. We accept exchange and refund requests on all our pieces if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review the case and assess if it's eligible for a either a replacement or a refund.
NOTE: Before sending anything back, we need to validate a return authorization.
We will allow *replacements/exchanges* for the following criteria:
- *Item did not fit*
- *Order didn't arrive within the estimated shipping time frame*
- *Item was returned to sender or warehouse*
We will allow *refunds* for the following criteria:
- *Item received is not working (defective)*
- *Item arrived is damaged or broken*
- *Has received an incorrect order*
- *Order arrived incomplete*
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s is not covered or reimbursed by us.
Item/s must be in its original condition as when it was received.
Returns will only be accepted if the conditions are met.
How do I request a return?
Please email support@tempthing and our Returns Team will be glad to help you with the process.
Please include the following information:
- Your Order Number, which can be found on your confirmation email
- Your Full Name with which you ordered the item
- Your Shipping Address (where you want us to send the replacement)
- Photo of the item received (important to have for evaluation)
- Shipping label or proof of delivery
- Reason for request (this will help us improve our services)
Where do I send my returns?
Once your request for return has been confirmed, our Returns Team will send specific instructions. Please make sure to wait for confirmation, any returned item without proper authorisation will be sent back and we will not be held liable for any costs incurred or any lost packages.
Are returns free?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Tempthing for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
How long will it take for my exchange or refund to be processed?
We do our best to respond to your request within 24 hours and exchanges/refunds are processed within 5 business days.
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment source used in placing the original order.
What if my order arrives damaged or there is a fault?
Whilst we hope this never happens, it occasionally does for reasons that are out of our power, but rest assured that we will take responsibility for this. So if you receive damaged items, or experience any manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately to sort out your problem as quickly as possible at email@example.com
REFUND POLICY (fast delivery):
If you selected ‘Fast Guaranteed Delivery’, we are committed to deliver your order on time (within 2-7 business days). We have a different policy in the event that you did not receive the order within the said time frame due to unexpected events:
If the order arrived between 7-10 business days: we will refund $2 extra shipping fee you paid for fast delivery.
If the order arrived after 10 business days: we will refund full shipping fees.
Although we do not anticipate that there will be any delays, if in any case you have not received it within 15 business days, kindly contact us immediately as there could be some factors affecting the delivery such as wrong address or returned shipments.
Once we have confirmed your details, we will send a replacement right away!
