Where in the world is my order coming from?
We skip the middleman in order to cut costs and give you the highest quality products at the best prices. That being said, and depending on the shipping option you chose, your order may come from our warehouse in the United States or sourced directly from the manufacturer in China. That being said, if you ordered multiple items at the same time, they might come in slightly different dates.
Do you ship worldwide? How much is shipping to my location?
Most likely! We provide international shipping all over the world with some exceptions due to politics and courier problems. The shipping cost will be automatically generated depending on your location at the moment of checking out.
Do you offer express shipping?
Depending on the product you choose and your location, you may be eligible for ‘Fast Guaranteed Delivery’ that takes 2 - 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Depending on your location and the shipping method selected, you may receive your order in 2-7 business days (Fast Guaranteed Delivery) or 10-20 business days (Standard Shipping).
- Some of our items are so popular (we’re processing and shipping 1000’s of orders a day) that shipping times may take longer than estimated, we appreciate your patience.
- There may be an occasional delay due to the Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.
- Your item may be shipped from a warehouse outside of the US depending on the Shipping Option you chose.
What are we doing to shorten the shipping time?
- We process your order within 24 hours or less.
- Every order is processed and shipped between Monday and Friday to avoid third party delays during the weekends.
- We do our best to ship your item from a warehouse closest to you.

Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
I’m so excited to receive my order! Can I track my package?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please contact our help care team and we’ll be happy to assist!

Tracking Information Displayed: 8-10 business days
For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.
My tracking info isn’t appearing, what should I do?
No need to worry, remember that tracking information will be displayed 8-10 business days after being updated due to Customs processes. If you’re still not seeing any tracking information, there are several possible causes:
The shipping company hasn’t updated this information on their website; the tracking code is wrong; the parcel has been delivered a long time ago and the shipping company has removed it from the tracking code history.
In any case, please contact our Customer Care team and we will gladly and quickly provide you with the tracking information or we will contact the shipping courier on your behalf.
The courier tried to deliver the package but I wasn't at home, what should I do?
Please contact the shipping courier. Usually, they will resend your package on the next working day or they will leave a delivery card for you to contact them so you can rearrange a more convenient time for them to deliver your item(s). Sometimes they will just ask you to pick up your package at their office.
I ordered multiple items but I have only received one/some of them. Why?
Everything is under control, we do our best to reduce costs on your end so that you do not have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items through Customs. If you ordered multiple items from us, it is highly likely that your goodies will be shipped in several packages. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?
In the event that your item was returned to us, please contact us immediately so we can arrange to send you a replacement.
As the receiver, it is your sole responsibility to track your order and submit the necessary requirements to the Customs or courier. Otherwise, if the order has been tagged as ‘return to sender’ or ‘unsuccessful delivery’ due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or has failed to submit the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we won't be able to process any replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.

The tracking site says ‘Delivered’ but I haven’t received my order yet.
Under normal circumstances, this means your parcel has been delivered successfully. If you didn't receive it, it's possible that your parcel was "Delivered" into your mailbox or someone else received it for you.
To clarify more delivery details, we recommend that you contact your local carrier with the same tracking number.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
